We look first
A free survey before anything is priced — video call for most UB5 addresses, in person where the access earns it.
Interwar semis off the Ruislip Road, terraces around the Village, ex-council houses and maisonettes on the estates, and the newer flats by the station — plus the small jobs, and the moves that finish somewhere in Europe.

Loft, garage and shed included. All three are common on Northolt stock, all three are coming, and none of them show on a floor plan.
The quote comes back in writing, priced on volume and access, and it holds unless what is coming changes.
None of them appear on a floor plan, all of them are settled at survey, and every one is a reason we measure rather than guess.
Northolt parks on its own driveway more often than most of London, so the access is rarely the problem. The volume is — a loft, a garage and a shed hold a room between them and all three are coming.
Most Northolt maisonettes put the stair outside, rising to a first-floor front door with a shared landing below. Everything is carried out before it is carried in, which changes the covering and the day if the weather turns.
Ex-council houses here were built with generous rooms, wide internal doorways and proper stairs. Easier to move in than a great deal of newer, smarter-looking property.
The roundabout and the A40 approaches are busy at predictable hours. A timing question rather than an access one, answered by choosing the loading window at survey.
A parish church, a green, and a handful of genuinely old addresses with tighter doorways and staircases that want protection fitted before anything moves.
North-east towards Petts Hill the ground rises and the houses get larger. Bigger loads, easy access, and a few driveways steeper than they look from the road.
Interwar semis, terraces, ex-council houses and the larger Northolt Park stock.

There is a second Northolt domain on our network — northoltremovals.uk — working the same town with its own crews and a different four areas written up. If you have already had a survey from them, take their quote. Greenford and Hayes have their own sites and we work up to them rather than through them, and for a genuinely London-wide move our pan-London sister sites are the better fit.
Who covers what →Out on the A40 at the Target for the M40 and M25, then south to the Kent crossings. Four destinations, with the customs file built from the same survey that priced the move.
Easier than most of London. A good share of the interwar stock has a driveway, the estate roads are wide, and there is standing outside most properties. The exceptions are a few roads near the station and the parades.
Interwar semis and terraces on the residential roads, substantial ex-council houses and maisonettes on the estates, newer flats around the station and the redeveloped sites, and larger stock towards Northolt Park.
They are their own job. An external stair to a first-floor front door means everything is carried outside before it is carried inside, which changes the covering and where the van stands.
For timing rather than access. The Target Roundabout and the Western Avenue approaches are busy at predictable hours, so we pick the loading window at survey.
Yes — northoltremovals.uk. Same town, different crews, a different way of presenting the same trade, and a different four areas written up. We would rather say so than let you find out by accident.
Both addresses, what is coming, and your date. We survey, check the access and come back with a written quote.
