Everything we do

What we do

Six things, run by our own crews. Where a job genuinely wants a specialist we bring one in and say we have, rather than presenting their work as ours.

01

House removals

Whole households across UB5.

Interwar semis and terraces with driveway standing, substantial ex-council houses on the estates, and the larger stock towards Northolt Park. Priced on measured volume, because the loft, the garage and the shed are all coming and none of them show on a floor plan.

02

Flats and maisonettes

The Northolt staple, and its own kind of day.

Most Northolt maisonettes put an external stair between the van and a first-floor front door, frequently with a shared landing below — so everything is carried outside before it is carried inside. We ask about the stair before anything is priced.

03

Man and van

The small end, booked by the job.

A room, a studio, a first home furnished, a storage unit cleared, a marketplace collection, or one heavy thing that will not go in a car. Same crews and the same protection, smaller vehicle — with an honest answer about which option is cheaper.

04

Packing and careful handling

Full, part, or fragile-only.

Priced separately so you take as much or as little as you want. Most households do the books and clothes and leave us the kitchen, the glass and the pictures. Veneer, marble, mirrors and framed work go into cases rather than under blankets.

05

Storage

Containerised, not a unit you rent.

Wrapped as if for transit, listed on an inventory you keep a copy of, sealed into timber containers and racked indoors. One handling at each end, with collection and redelivery quoted as part of the move.

06

European removals

France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Out on the A40 at the Target for the M40 and M25, then south to the Kent crossings. The customs file is built from the same survey inventory that priced the move, so the paperwork is not a separate scramble three weeks later.

How a quote is built

Four things move the number: how much is going, the access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and how far it travels. Not the season, not how urgent it sounds, not what somebody else quoted.

That also makes quotes comparable. If you are weighing us against another firm, check both have measured the same volume and assume the same packing depth — most of the difference between two prices lives there.

Unsure which you need? Describe it on the quote form. Questions covers what comes up next, and coverage shows where we work.

Tell us about the move

Both addresses, what is coming, and your date. We survey, check the access and come back with a written quote.
